Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. and in case of follow-up questions, your data will be stored for six months. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

For example, the following data is stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, booked houseboat, number of persons, date of arrival and departure. The data you provide is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of the transfer to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be deleted after expiry of the purpose of use and the storage regulations under tax and commercial law. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.
